The Exquisite Guide

Luxury you can feel

The garden entrance to Beldi Spa, Marrakech

Beldi Spa

Marrakech, Morocco

A deeply restorative expression of Moroccan bathing culture, hidden within a garden outside Marrakech.

What we love

Moroccan bathing tradition

Two traditional hammams, rituals with eucalyptus-scented black soap, and massages using argan oil and essential oils.

Garden, scent and material

Conceived as a small Moroccan village devoted to rest, with a fireside relaxation room and sun terrace among aromatic planting.

The quality of care

Restoration comes as much from how well you are looked after as from the beauty of the setting.

The spa

Set within the gardens of Beldi Country Club, the spa has been conceived as a small Moroccan village devoted to rest. Massage rooms, two traditional hammams, a large fireside relaxation room and a sun terrace sit among aromatic planting.

Treatments draw directly on Moroccan bathing traditions and ingredients. Hammam rituals use black soap scented with eucalyptus essential oil, while massages incorporate argan oil and essential oils including rose, jasmine, rosemary and orange blossom. Some of the products used by the spa are made with ingredients from Beldi’s own aromatic garden.

Why it’s here

Because restoration here feels embedded in the place rather than added to it.

The architecture, gardens, scent, materials, traditional hammam rituals and quality of human care work together to create an experience that feels remarkably removed from the intensity of Marrakech.

I visited Beldi Spa myself. What stayed with me was not simply the beauty of the setting, but how well I was looked after and how completely the experience changed the way I felt.
